Data controller
StoryOS is responsible for the processing of your personal data. Contact: hello@storyos.se.
What data we process
- Account data: email, password hash.
- Billing data: handled by Stripe. We never store card numbers.
- Content you create: projects, chapters, characters, scenes, etc.
- Technical logs: IP, timestamps, error messages.
Legal basis
We process data to fulfill our contract with you and for legitimate interest.
AI processing
When you use AI features, relevant text is sent to our AI providers. We do not use your content to train AI models.
Storage
Data is stored as long as you are a customer. When you delete your account, content and personal data are removed within 30 days, except data we must retain by law.
Your rights
